With over 18 years of experience in public safety, Keri brings expertise in emergency communications, operations management, and organizational leadership. Having spent several years in a management role overseeing an emergency communications center, she has led high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where clear communication and decisive action are critical.

Throughout her career, Keri has focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening interagency coordination, and implementing sustainable staffing and training strategies. Known for a balanced leadership style that combines accountability with a people-first approach, she partners with agencies to enhance performance, resilience, and service delivery.

Keri holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership, complementing her extensive experience in public safety.
